ארתור מעבדת הודעות וואטסאפ בשם בית העסק שאליו כתבתם, כדי לספק את שירות המענה. אם אתם רוצים שנמחק את המידע שלכם - כך עושים זאת.

איך מבקשים מחיקה

1. שלחו מייל לכתובת info@mesadrim.com עם הנושא "מחיקת מידע".

2. ציינו את מספר הטלפון שממנו כתבתם, או את מספר הוואטסאפ העסקי המחובר לשירות.

3. נאמת את הבקשה ונמחק את המידע הקשור אליה תוך 30 יום, למעט מידע שאנו חייבים לשמור על פי דין.

מה נמחק

תוכן ההודעות השמור, מזהי הקשר (מספר טלפון ושם תצוגה), וההגדרות הקשורות לחשבון המחובר.

ניתוק החיבור

בעל עסק יכול גם לנתק את חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business שלו מהשירות בכל רגע דרך Meta Business Suite, וזה עוצר כל עיבוד מידע נוסף.

Data deletion (English summary)

Arthur processes WhatsApp message data on behalf of the connected business in order to provide messaging services. To request deletion, email info@mesadrim.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and include the phone number you wrote from, or the connected WhatsApp Business number. We verify the request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

What we delete: stored message content, contact identifiers (phone number and display name), and configuration associated with the connected account. A business owner may also disconnect the WhatsApp Business Account from Arthur at any time through Meta Business Suite, which stops all further processing.
