מה השירות עושה

השירות מאפשר לבתי עסק לחבר את חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business שלהם ל-Cloud API של מטא, ולנהל דרכו שיחות עם לקוחות - כולל מענה אוטומטי, סנכרון היסטוריית הודעות, והעברת שיחה לנציג אנושי.

מי רשאי להשתמש

עליכם להיות מורשי חתימה מטעם בית העסק שאתם מחברים, ולפעול בהתאם לתנאים של מטא ושל וואטסאפ - ובכללם מדיניות ההודעות העסקיות של WhatsApp ותנאי הפלטפורמה של Meta.

שימוש אסור

אין להשתמש בשירות לשליחת דואר זבל, תוכן בלתי חוקי, מטעה או פוגעני, או לפגיעה בזכויות של אדם כלשהו. האחריות על תוכן ההודעות שנשלחות מהחשבון המחובר היא שלכם.

מידע ופרטיות

אופן הטיפול במידע מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. תוכן ההודעות מעובד אך ורק לצורך הפעלת השירות.

זמינות

השירות ניתן כמות שהוא ("as is"). איננו מתחייבים לפעילות רציפה או נטולת תקלות, ורשאים לשנות או להפסיק תכונות בהודעה סבירה מראש.

הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, המפעיל אינו אחראי לנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים הנובעים משימוש בשירות.

שינויים בתנאים

אנו רשאים לעדכן את התנאים. המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לו. על שינוי מהותי תימסר הודעה לבתי העסק המחוברים.

דין חל

על תנאים אלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל.

Terms of service (English summary)

Arthur ("the service") is a WhatsApp Business Platform messaging solution operated by Niv Shimon Ravivo ("the Operator"), Israel. It lets business customers connect their WhatsApp Business account to Meta's Cloud API and manage customer conversations, including automated replies, message-history synchronization, and handoff to a human agent. You must be an authorized representative of the business you connect and comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You may not use the service for spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content, and you are responsible for the content sent from your connected account.

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy; message content is processed only to provide the service. The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted operation, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
